About Versio2
We are an international digital agency based in Lausanne Switzerland and Tallinn Estonia. We help companies get their brands found on search engines, build relationships with customers on social media. At Versio2, we share a common passion: create meaningful and valuable experiences online.
Clint leads the quest for new business at Versio2. It’s an adventure that takes him far and wide – from “Colorful Colorado” to Sweden where he studied International Marketing, before founding a thriving, international Internet marketing agency in Estonia. Clint’s background in branding and sales places him well as one of the faces of Versio2 and the main “go to” man for our Estonian and Swiss clients. His experience within the hospitality sector makes him a hit with our hotel clients!
Based in our Swiss office, Julien takes our clients’ visions, moulds them into well-defined strategies and takes the lead on all operations. Julien’s taste for the Internet started 15 years ago when studying advertising and marketing at Syracuse University in the US, where he was part of the first wave of graduates to receive an education in digital marketing. He went on to found a branding agency in Estonia where he met Clint, and the two bonded over a passion for technology and a desire to help businesses simplify and improve their online marketing.
Deniss was one of the first to join the Versio2 team, a perfect fit with his love of anything innovative and digital. Deniss revels in the joy of creating innovative website prototypes (“wireframes”) in line with Julien’s strategies, before bringing together the technical and creative teams to turn these ideas into reality. Deniss also manages our accounts in Sweden, one of our most important and fastest growing markets. Deniss is often compared to Mr Burns from the Simpsons, muttering his immortal catchphrase when things go exactly to plan – Eeeeexcellent!
Social media can change lives… Imagine receiving a tweet from a business masters student criticizing your inbound marketing campaign. While most would ignore it, we made her our Inbound Marketing Manager. Kristiina is an expert in crafting and implementing social media strategies. A whizz with analytics, performance and results management, Kristiina will optimize your online marketing to get your website working as hard as possible. If she doesn’t, she’ll abandon the Internet, return to New Zealand and raise sheep. Kristiina can be found loitering around Lake Geneva working out of our Swiss office.
Alex Tretyakov
Lead Developer
Alex is our developer genius, a dab hand in all things “code”, from PHP to HTML 5. Julien and Clint first met Alex at the very dawn of Versio2, when he was hired by another company to work with the guys on a very early project. The relationship was born then, and now he leads the tech team, implements all of our front and back-end web systems and assists on all technical questions from the client. Alex is a central figure in our web and app development.
Andrew likes to think he was born reciting Shakespearean sonnets in the delivery room. Really, he’s more likely to have been reciting the introduction to the Complete Guide to Applesoft BASIC for Dummies. Having once turned his back on his geeky formative years working in IT in favor of journalism and the pursuit of writing excellence, Andrew has now found a way to marry it all in perfect harmony for the glory of Versio2. Andrew can be found penning online content in the backstreet cafes of Tallinn, Estonia, or his home city of London.
After spending a year working as an architecture grad, Nadia moved quickly on to become a graphic designer within the corporate environment of a large IT company. It wasn’t long before Nadia started to dream of turning a hobby and passion into a self-taught profession, and freeing herself of the “nine to five” – something we wholeheartedly encourage at Versio2. Nadia frequently wows our clients with her “mad design skillz”, working closely with Deniss to turn novel website prototypes and cutting edge creative concepts into sublime reality.
