iCrewz, an Internet start-up based in Hollywood, provides a web platform allowing independent film contractors to find jobs, film equipment, and locations as well as upload resumes with a fast, interactive and easy to use interface.

Brief
iCrewz approached Versio2 to build a job portal website that would engage the niche audience of film contractors and producers to become the job portal of choice for the film and television industry world-wide. The founders wanted the portal to be an interactive and engaging experience for members. The system needed to incorporate a rating system that would build on the reputation of employers and contractors based on the number of projects they worked on. 

Solution
Versio2 created an engaging and interactive website that differentiated iCrewz form other job portal sites by building the interface entirely in Flash. A custom back-end engine enables user-generated content and a patented rating system to operate and administrators to manage the content. Versio2 is working alongside the iCrewz team as its exclusive technical web partners providing ongoing support to maintain and develop future adaptations and features.
